Richard Moran is a Professional Engineer who has served the profession since 1976, bringing decades of hands-on experience in design, drafting, and consulting. A graduate of the University of Toledo, Richard has built a reputation for practical, reliable engineering solutions grounded in real-world experience.
Over his career, he has completed a wide range of residential, commercial, and school design projects, along with countless FHA inspections. His work is known for being thorough, buildable, and tailored to real site conditions, helping clients move projects forward with confidence.
As a family-owned practice, Richard continues to lead with a straightforward, client-first approach that values quality work, long-term relationships, and getting the job done right.
